Specifications

  • Pre-Fabricated Final Filter Curb to be manufactured of prime G-90 galvanized steel construction, 18 or 14 gauge as required, meeting ASTM A-653/653M, with welded corners and with seams joined by continuous water and air tight welds.
  • All areas in contact with supply air shall have double wall solid construction with a 20 gage galvanized steel liner.
  • Hinged side filter access door with heavy-duty hasp or locking system.
  • Intermediate wood nailer strip with galvanized steel flashing located below filter access door.
  • Insulated with 1 ½” thick 3 lbs. density rigid fiberglass insulation.
  • Filter racks shall be constructed of heavy gauge, G90 galvanized steel and accommodate standard size pleated, cartridge, bag, carbon or HEPA style filters with 1” perimeter header frame. *Maximum filter depth for standard final filter curb is 12”.
  • Final Filter area of roof curb shall be an air-tight plenum with bottom opening to match factory duct opening size.
