Thybar Corporation is 100% employee owned – this is your company! Each year, all of Thybar’s non-bargaining employee’s receive new shares to grow their accounts. While most of the money in 401k plans comes from employees, all the money in an ESOP comes from the company. This is an amazing and unique retirement benefit that Thybar offers! The ESOP program is in full compliance with and protected by The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
Thybar’s Retention Program offers a $500 bonus to all new hires in KY, TX, OH, FL, and NV who complete 960 hours and a $2,500 bonus to all new hires in IL who complete 960 hours.
Thybar’s Referral Program offers a $1,000 bonus to current employees who refer someone (new hire must complete 960 hours for referral bonus to be paid)
